1960’s model icon Twiggy, has signed a deal with Penguin to write a style bible for the over-forties.

‘Those Fab Forties, Fifties and Sixties’ offers advice to older women on revitalising their image with clever styling, well-applied makeup and the right skincare regime.

Louise Moore, managing director of Penguin’s Michael Joseph imprint, tipped the book to become a best-seller when it is released next June.
