Notice the beautiful setting…This picture has been banned by the Russian culture minister, Alexander Sokolov. The photo is entitled Kissing Policemen (An Epoch of Clemency) and is the work of Russian art collective, Blue Noses. It was meant to be shown at an exhibition of contemporary Russian art in Paris, but looks like it’s not going there.
